I am a holistic, wellness-oriented therapist who works with children, teens, adults, and families from all backgrounds. My approach is rooted in collaboration—I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs so they feel truly supported throughout their journey. I have extensive training in multiple evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, family systems, Adlerian therapy, Gestalt therapy, and art therapy. With a concentration in play therapy, I am currently on track to become a Registered Play Therapist. I have also dedicated years to working with children and teens on the autism spectrum and supporting individuals with a variety of neurodivergent experiences, both as a Registered Behavior Technician and now as a clinical mental health counselor. I specialize in helping clients ages five and up navigate challenges such as trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, and family or relationship struggles. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where clients and I can work together to build lasting tools for healing, growth, and resilience.
