Navigating domestic violence, identity shifts, or major life transitions can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to carry it alone. Currently in my second year of my Master of Social Work (MSW) program and working toward full licensure as an LCSW, I bring a grounded, trauma-informed approach as a Clinical Intern. I support teens, adults, and elders across the lifespan, with specialized experience working with Indigenous women, survivors of domestic violence, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique story. Drawing from relational therapy, narrative work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we will work together to process past experiences, navigate distress, and build a meaningful path forward. Whether you are healing from trauma, exploring your identity, or adjusting to a new chapter, I am here to meet you exactly where you are. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. Reach out today to take the next step.
