I hold a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with a concentration in Rehabilitation Counseling, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Counseling and Assistive Technology, both from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. My professional background spans a variety of counseling, education, and support roles within academic, healthcare, and community settings, giving me a well-rounded foundation for the work I do today. I have experience providing individualized counseling, skills training, and psychosocial support to adults, teens, and college students in both one-on-one and group environments. My previous roles include serving as a Psychotherapist within a medical system, a Wellbeing Specialist in outpatient counseling, and an Accommodation Specialist in higher education. In these positions, I partnered closely with students, faculty, and multidisciplinary teams to support mental health needs, disability accommodations, coping strategies, stress management, and resilience. I also have vocational counseling and case management experience through the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development, where I helped individuals navigate disability-related challenges and overcome barriers to employment. Across all of my work, I strive to help clients recognize their strengths, build practical tools for emotional regulation, deepen insight into personal patterns, and make meaningful changes that support their goals. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-informed practices, with deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe strongly in each individual’s capacity to create a life that feels fulfilling and aligned with their values—and in the power of community to support that growth.
