Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to navigate a difficult season in your life? You’re not alone. With over 8 years of experience, I work with individuals ages 13 and up, offering both in-person and virtual sessions. I support clients through anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, grief, eating disorders, and other life transitions. Many of us carry guilt, shame, or anger—feelings that are common, but often heavy and difficult to hold on our own. In a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, heard, and understood, you can begin to deepen your awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Through gentle self-exploration, we’ll work together to identify unhelpful patterns, process emotions, and build meaningful coping strategies. Starting therapy (or finding the right therapist) can feel intimidating. It's okay to feel uncertain or nervous. This process is about you—your healing, growth, and goals. If you’d like to connect, I offer a free 10–15 minute consultation to answer questions, explore your hopes for therapy, and discuss how we can work together.
