Alyssa believes that healing happens in the presence of safety, connection, and compassion. She is committed to helping individuals find relief, deepen self-understanding, and experience wholeness as they navigate life’s challenges. With a passion for empowering clients to break unhelpful patterns, Alyssa supports them in building healthier relationships with others— and with themselves. Alyssa integrates a faith-based approach when desired, and specializes in working with adolescent girls and adult women experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational struggles. Her therapeutic style centers on creating a secure, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their stories, develop emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful healing and growth. Alyssa earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Missouri Baptist University. Outside the counseling room, she enjoys reading, baking, playing pickleball, going on walks with her husband, and exploring all the coffee shops St. Louis has to offer.
