Introduction

My background includes a spectrum of inpatient, outpatient, and residential care. I have experience working with high acuity adolescents and people working on their sobriety. Some of my experience includes working with 988 the suicide hotline, Denver Children's Home, and West Pines Behavioral Health. As a therapist, I take a creative and individualized approach, drawing primarily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients navigate stress, build resilience, and find balance. I’m passionate about working with diverse clients and value learning from each person’s unique story and perspective.
