My background includes working with youth at the Denver Children’s Home, children on the autism spectrum, and adults in recovery at West Pines Behavioral Health. I also spent time supporting individuals in crisis through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, which strengthened my passion for providing calm, compassionate support when it’s needed most. As a therapist, I take a creative and individualized approach, drawing primarily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients navigate stress, build resilience, and find balance. I’m passionate about working with diverse clients and value learning from each person’s unique story and perspective.
