This isn’t a traditional talk-therapy session. Lasting change requires engaging the nervous system in ways that allow us to process emotions safely and feel at home in our bodies. Many of us were taught to make sense of emotions by analyzing and rationalizing why things happened. While that coping style may have served us at certain points in life, it often doesn’t bring true regulation and can even make it harder to let emotions move through us. Somatic approaches such as Brainspotting and posturing help create new neural pathways that support safe embodiment. My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and body-aware. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, grief, substance use, life transitions, and identity exploration. I’m deeply committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ clients. I also enjoy working with couples to rebuild trust, deepen connection, and feel safe together. Do you feel stuck in survival mode? Longing for healthier relationships? I help individuals break free from maladaptive patterns rooted in attachment wounds, negative core beliefs, and trauma. Together, we’ll create safety in your embodied experience, ease symptoms, and then integrate the wisdom you already carry within you.
