Are you looking for a safe place to explore the challenges that come up in life? A place to prioritize you? Starting therapy can often feel scary. I hope to provide a place where people can feel they can talk about the stressful, overwhelming, or disappointing things in their lives. A place where you will be comfortable to cry, laugh, learn, and grow. I utilize tools from narrative, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered therapies to create welcoming spaces for my clients. I have experience working with people who have experienced a range of issues, including trauma, anger and stress management, racial identity, and life transitions. I believe therapy is a place where healing and self-exploration are encouraged. Encouraging you to find your authentic self during this next stage of life. I hope each of my clients can find their inner strength and the healing they desire through our work together. Doing this with humor, compassion, and understanding.
