Alyssa is a TLLP who works with adolescents, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, social anxiety, depression, specific phobias, self-criticism, family or relationship stress, school and work challenges, life transitions, and the many experiences that can leave someone feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of themselves. You also don’t need to know exactly “what is wrong” to come to therapy. Sometimes you simply know that something doesn’t feel right or that you want your life to feel different but aren’t sure where to begin. No two people are the same, and Alyssa doesn’t believe therapy should look exactly the same for everyone either. She meets each person where they are, moves at a pace that feels manageable, and works collaboratively toward meaningful goals. What Alyssa finds most meaningful are the moments when things begin to shift. When someone faces something they once feared or avoided, recognizes a pattern that has been holding them back, or realizes they are capable of more than they thought. She values helping people better understand themselves, make meaningful changes, and build lives that feel more authentic to who they are. Ultimately, therapy with Alyssa isn’t about becoming who you think you should be. It’s about understanding who you are, gaining the support and tools to navigate what life brings, and feeling more capable of creating a life that aligns with who you are.
