Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate - Supervised by Jessica Gomez-Pool, LPC-S I believe therapy is about more than feeling better—it’s about understanding yourself and creating a life that feels authentic to you. Many of us develop patterns to cope with difficult experiences, relationships, family dynamics, or expectations. While those patterns may have helped us in the past, they can sometimes leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves or unsure of what we truly want. I take a collaborative, trauma-informed, and individualized approach to therapy. I draw from approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Narrative, Existential, and parts-based therapies, tailoring our work to what feels most helpful for you. I also enjoy incorporating creative and experiential activities when words alone don’t quite capture what you’re experiencing. I help clients of all ages navigate identity, relationships, family dynamics, life transitions, perfectionism, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and uncertainty about the future. My hope is to create a space where you can better understand where you’ve been, connect with who you are now, and feel empowered to decide where you want to go next.
