Introduction

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I am a clinical social worker focused on bringing a warm, compassionate, and client-centered approach to counseling and therapy. Licensed for over 20 years, I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move toward healing, growth, and resilience. My practice is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I specialize in helping clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and attachment-related challenges. Much of my work centers on helping children and teens regulate emotions, build resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies. I also support parents and caregivers in understanding their child’s needs and strengthening family relationships. I have extensive experience helping individuals who have experienced trauma, including foster and adoptive children, and I am passionate about strengthening family bonds and promoting secure, healthy attachments. I also work with children diagnosed with ADHD to help them regulate emotions, increase focus, and build effective coping strategies. As a parent of two adult children and a former foster parent, I offer not only professional experience but also personal understanding and empathy. I’m here to walk alongside you with care and support, wherever you are on your journey. My practice is grounded in values of hope, compassion, and integrity, shaped by my Christian faith. While I welcome clients from all backgrounds, my faith informs the care I offer and the belief that every person is worthy of healing, connection, and support. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing space where healing can begin and lasting change can take root.
