Amanda Findley, LCSW, felt called to the counseling field over 25 years ago and continues to serve with gratitude, shaped by years of listening, learning, and commitment to this work. She brings wisdom, compassion, lived experience, and thoughtful humor to create a safe, grounded space for reflection, healing, and meaningful change. Amanda works with middle school and high school students, as well as adults and couples, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and the impact of trauma. Her approach is informed by well-established counseling methods, including CBT, ACT, and Relational Life Therapy, while remaining flexible and responsive to each individual’s needs. She also incorporates creative and body-based practices when appropriate and is certified through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment as a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator, supporting somatic awareness and nervous system regulation. Amanda values collaborative work and believes change happens through curiosity, connection, and small, intentional steps. She enjoys partnering with clients to explore new ways of being and moving toward greater clarity, resilience, and fulfillment. If this resonates, you are invited to reach out and make steps towards resilience and renewal.
