I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of outpatient experience and over ten years of experience withing with children and families. I specialize in working with individuals dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions. I take a client-led, strengths-based approach, utilizing Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Internal Family Systems to support individuals as they address patterns/behaviors that are dysfunctional. Whether you need to laugh, cry, or just be heard—I am here to be your biggest cheerleader as you accomplish your goals and create the changes you desire.
