Introduction

I work with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders drawing from multiple frameworks to support each client’s needs. I help clients build sustainable routines, better understand behaviors, and develop tools that support lasting change. I am also a trained EMDR therapy provider. I’m passionate about walking alongside clients throughout the therapeutic process and honoring the courage it takes to reach out.
