Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying more than anyone realizes? Therapy doesn’t have to be about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. Sometimes it’s about slowing down enough to hear yourself again—to understand what you need, reconnect with who you are, and find a way forward that actually feels like you. I offer warm, collaborative, person-centered therapy for highly sensitive, neurodiverse, and/or thoughtful humans who may have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like they need to work harder to fit into the world around them. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, somatic nervous-system awareness, and creative, experiential practices. Depending on what feels right for you, our work may incorporate talk, Brainspotting, clinical hypnosis, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, movement, art, music, or play. I have experience working with complex and developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD and AuDHD, insomnia, creative burnout, and the emotional experiences that can accompany chronic or complex health conditions. I especially enjoy working with young adults navigating relationships, purpose, identity, and building a life that feels authentically their own. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be fully human. You don’t have to have the right words or everything figured out—we can start wherever you are. My practice is LGBTQ+ safe and welcoming to all cultures and backgrounds.
