Giving up a path in entertainment may seem backward but my family had been suddenly impacted by terminal and chronic illness. My own grief journey inspired me to help people so I finished my education in Social Work and I've been a therapist since. My focus is helping adults who are experiencing work/life balance challenges, burnout, stress, and grief. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help people find the practical tools they need to cope.
