Introduction

Hello - I'm accepting new clients! I am a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in mood and anxiety disorders in adults. I completed my fellowship in the Dartmouth Cancer Center and also specialize in working with clients who have been diagnosed with cancer. I am passionate about treating clients by not only helping them reduce their symptoms, but also improve their quality of life and well-being. In addition to seeing clients in my practice, I am also the Director of Digital Phenotyping and Therapeutics Research in the Depression Clinical and Research Program at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. I am clinically trained from APA-accredited sites in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and third-wave CBT, including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also specialize in positive-affect based treatments, which are empirically-based treatments that may improve both your symptoms and well-being in daily life. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important elements of therapy. If you are interested in working together, then please feel free to reach out so we can discuss the potential fit of me as a therapist and any questions or goals for therapy that you have. I am happy to provide a brief consultation!
