Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I began my career in healthcare, where I developed a deep appreciation for the connection between physical and emotional well-being. My work in an OB-GYN setting allowed me to support women through some of life’s most meaningful — and often challenging — transitions. These experiences inspired my move into private practice, where I now focus on helping women navigate the emotional complexities of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailored to each client’s unique needs. My style is warm, genuine, and collaborative — I bring both compassion and a sense of humor to sessions, creating a safe space for exploration and growth.
