Amanda is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state(s) of Indiana and Connecticut* (telehealth only*). She is a Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant in EMDR. She is also trained in The SarnoXSachs Solution© for Chronic Pain**, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), Somatic Archaeology©, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (2022) Certificate from The Embody Lab, Theraplay (level 1), Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and DBT, EMDR for Religious/Spiritual Truama. She has an intuitive artistic style and uses polyvagal theory, mindfulness and somatic focusing as a base for stabilization. She uses creative arts, such as sand tray, drawing, and play to help clients explore healing and connect with their authentic self. She utilizes parts work, Somatic Therapies, (Jungian) shadow work and attachment theory to facilitate a natural a healing process. She believes in helping clients reach their light within. Currently, Amanda offers individual therapy and coaching, EMDR consultation, group therapy and intensive therapy for deep healing.
