I offer a safe space to explore the uncomfortable parts of life. Therapy can be challenging, but it’s in the discomfort that growth and healing begin. I have had anxiety and OCD my entire life, so I know how scary it can be to open up and be vulnerable with someone, but I hope to be the person who you can trust with your thoughts and feelings. I have recently graduated with my Master's of Science in Counseling Psychology. I went into counseling because as a child and teenager, I needed an adult to listen and understand me. Now, I can be that adult for those who need it. I draw from multiple theoretical orientations in order to provide personalized therapy for clients. My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, OCD, developing coping skills, personal growth, healing your inner child, and life stressors such as breakups, life transitions, family conflicts, school stress, and more. I’m someone who likes to keep it real while appreciating the lighter side of life through my sense of humor. When not in session or classes, I enjoy baking, reading, playing video games, listening to music, and taking care of my two adorable dogs!
