I believe therapy works best when it’s relational, thoughtful, and grounded in respect for your lived experiences. I draw from existential, narrative, and psychodynamic approaches, focusing less on quick fixes or worksheets and more on understanding how experiences shape meaning, identity, and patterns of relating. Therapy with me isn’t about “fixing” you or forcing positive thinking. It’s about making sense of what you’ve lived through, feeling genuinely understood, and trusting yourself to decide how you want to move forward in ways that align with your values. The bulk of my clinical experiences has centered on trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, domestic violence, relational abuse, and spiritual/religious exploration and deconstruction. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression & ADHD. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and kink-positive, and I strive to offer a non-shaming space where all parts of a person are welcome. I work with both individuals and couples. Therapy is a relationship. Healing happens when you feel seen, taken seriously, and supported. My role is not to hand you a script, but to walk alongside you as you explore, question, and re-author your story in ways that feel honest, sustainable, and meaningful to you.
