I also work with teens and adults using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)-informed techniques, to help manage anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
