Hi! I'm Amanda. I’m here to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, where you feel seen and supported. I work with individuals and couples who want a down to earth approach to explore who they are, build healthier relationships, navigate parenting, explore more about themselves, or who just need some extra support. I use a humanistic, relational approach, which means our connection and trust is at the core of our work together. We’ll use evidence-based techniques, but in a way that feels conversational and connected, not like a lecture. Therapy with me is all about building a genuine connection. I show up as my full self, so you can feel safe showing up as your full self too. I believe that therapy should be real and human.
