Introduction

Finding a good connection can be tough, even in therapy! A therapeutic relationship in which you feel safe, supported and understood is the cornerstone of a successful therapy experience, and is what I strive to establish with each of my clients. Your time in therapy is yours to define - I am not here to label you. Instead, I aim to understand your unique experience and work with you to unpack, explore and challenge the patterns keeping you stuck. I pull from various theories to fit each individual's unique needs, with the goal of helping you develop the tools necessary to be the expert on your own mental health! My area of concentration is anxiety disorders, family of origin or relationship conflict and difficulty with life transitions. If you're moving into a new phase of life, having trouble breaking free from the trauma or patterns of your past, or just feeling overwhelmed with how to manage an anxious brain...We may be a good fit :) So whether you are here to address a specific concern or simply build a better understanding of yourself, know that I aim to create a connection that supports you as you as you work towards the growth or healing you seek.
