Introduction

I believe that life's biggest challenges—whether it's navigating a major transition, managing stress and burnout, or working through relationship conflict—become more bearable when you approach yourself with compassion rather than criticism. As a marriage and family therapist, I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults through anxiety, depression, family dynamics, parenting questions, and the full spectrum of what makes life feel overwhelming. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family therapy, and behavioral approaches to help you build practical coping skills while also cultivating kindness toward yourself. Whether you're facing a divorce, adjusting to a new chapter, struggling with perfectionism, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to meet you where you are—without judgment. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept a wide range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to support you.
