I’m passionate about helping adults navigate the challenges and transitions that life can bring. For more than 13 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people from a variety of backgrounds, supporting them as they work through anxiety, depression, stress, and seasons of change. I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I meet you where you are and help you better understand what you’re experiencing while building practical tools and recognizing the strengths you already have. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and incorporate mindfulness, motivational interviewing, solution-focused strategies, and other approaches based on each client’s individual needs. For those who desire it, I also offer a faith-based approach that integrates spiritual well-being with mental health. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. Education: I obtained my undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science) in Human Development and Family Studies at Auburn University in 2010. I obtained my master's degree, Master of Social Work at The University of Georgia in 2013.
