Life can get overwhelming, and finding a space where you can show up as your messy, authentic self is so important. As a therapist practicing since 2020, I hold a Master’s in Family Therapy from Friends University and a Bachelor’s from Wichita State, building a strong clinical foundation in community mental health before transitioning into private practice. I work with pre-teens and up—including individuals, couples, and families—utilizing evidence-based approaches like ACT, DBT, Gottman Method (Level 1), and cognitive coaching for student-athletes. In our sessions, there is no script or judgment—just real, honest conversation tailored to your unique story, including weaving in faith or spirituality if that feels right for you. Whatever brings you here, I meet you exactly where you are to support the path toward meaningful growth.
