As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, trauma, grief, and identity exploration. I am especially passionate about LGBTQ+ affirming care and helping clients process the impact of systemic and institutional oppression. I also specialize in supporting people living with chronic health conditions, including Autoimmune Disorders and HIV. My work is grounded in authenticity and respect. I aim to create an affirming, collaborative space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. I bring curiosity, humor, and compassion to each session, creating a space where growth feels both possible and sustainable. Drawing from person-centered therapy, solution-focused approaches, mindfulness, and strengths-based counseling, I support clients in exploring patterns, goals, and build on strengths. My background in community-based programs and advocacy informs my holistic perspective: together, we will consider both your inner experiences and the systems that shape your life. I look forward to hearing your story.
