I believe therapy begins with a deeply human relationship built on trust, compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. With over 18 years of experience, I work with individuals and couples who want to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply—not just what's happening, but why familiar patterns keep showing up. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, somatic, experiential, and parts-oriented therapies. I see people as whole human beings, not diagnoses or problems to fix. Together, we explore how your experiences, relationships, and the meaning you've made of them shape your life today. I'm especially passionate about relationships—with ourselves, partners, and others—as well as grief, ambiguous loss, and life transitions. I welcome people willing to turn their curiosity inward, even when they're uncertain or not yet ready for change. This work isn't about blame; it's about awareness, self-acceptance, and new possibilities. You don't have to tell your whole story at once. Trust develops over time, and we'll co-create an approach that honors your pace and choices. I offer in-person therapy in the Nashville area and virtual therapy in Tennessee, Oregon, Kentucky, Indiana, and Idaho. To get started, reach out through the contact form. I'll personally respond with my availability and next steps, including scheduling an initial consultation.
