Hi there! If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward, you're not alone in feeling this way. I’m passionate about helping individuals work through anxiety, stress/burnout, self-esteem challenges, identity exploration, boundary-setting, mindfulness, and healing from past trauma. I grew up in Southwest Florida and have called Tampa home for the past several years. I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Healthcare, with a concentration in Children’s Mental Health and a minor in Psychology, and my Master of Arts in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida (USF). My goal is to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe being yourself. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, build helpful coping tools, and work toward greater clarity, healing, and balance in your life. My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and collaborative, blending evidence-based practices with personalized care to meet you exactly where you are. I draw primarily from Humanistic Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I tailor each session to meet your unique needs. My role is to walk beside you, offering support and compassion as you move forward with greater self-awareness and a renewed sense of purpose. While healing is not always linear or easy, meaningful change is possible, and I strive to help you reconnect with the strength and resilience that already exist within you.
