As a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner, I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you, but about walking beside you with compassion and curiosity as you navigate your inner world. I work with individuals seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, identity exploration, and life transitions. Together, we slow down, listen deeply, explore patterns, and practice responding to life in new ways. I see story, creativity, and mind-body awareness as essential parts of the healing process. I am particularly interested in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, women, and neurodivergent clients who are highly sensitive, deeply impacted by the world around them, and seeking to reconnect with their truth, inner peace, and intuition. I offer a warm, gentle, and collaborative presence, drawing from person-centered, holistic, narrative, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy. As a lover of the arts, registered yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner, I often incorporate expressive arts, somatic practices, and energetic support for clients who wish to explore beyond traditional talk therapy. If you’re tired of holding it all in, feeling stuck in survival mode, or unsure where to begin, I want you to know you don’t have to navigate it alone. When you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk beside you on your healing journey.
