My approach to therapy is trauma-sensitive, collaborative, and individualized to your needs. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences, relationships, thoughts, emotions, and nervous-system responses may be shaping what you are experiencing today. I help clients understand patterns such as anxiety, avoidance, overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional shutdown, or difficulty trusting others with curiosity rather than judgment. I integrate evidence-based trauma therapy, cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, attachment-based work, and nervous-system regulation based on your individual needs and goals. Therapy is not about forcing you to revisit painful experiences before you are ready. We will work at a pace that feels manageable while developing practical skills to reduce distress, navigate emotions, strengthen boundaries and relationships, and improve daily functioning. My goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply, trust yourself more fully, and respond to life with greater flexibility and intention.
