I have been working with young adults, adolescents, adults and families for several years using a trauma lens. My work with individuals and families has focused on discovering underlying difficulties within the family system. With many years of trauma-informed trainings, art therapy and trauma-informed yoga, I am able to support individuals and families in unique ways. My role is to connect and support those going through a variety of struggles such as trauma, school related issues, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, family conflict and substance abuse. I remain authentic and create a safe and comforting environment for all, while maintaining integrity. If you are seeking a therapist who works holistically, authentically and strives to create a welcoming safe and nonjudgmental environment with out-of-the -box tools, you are invited to reach out to me. I look forward to working with and supporting you in a way that most benefits your needs. Trainings, certifications and licenses: Trauma Systems Therapy focuses on the family system. This modality can be used within a family unit and with individuals as it helps increase self awareness and provides an understanding of the trauma response relationship. TST is a model of care for those who have experienced trauma and addresses both the individuals emotional needs as well as the social environment in which one lives. It is through this work that I can help facilitate change at the deepest level. Registered yoga teacher (RYT) 200/300 Registered Art Therapist (ATR) #24-262
