She also has a strong commitment to serving vulnerable populations, including children in foster care. Her therapeutic approach is holistic, trauma-informed, and client-centered, integrating traditional evidence-based practices with creative and expressive modalities. Drawing from her background in the arts, Amanda incorporates art therapy and music-based interventions to help clients access, process, and express experiences that may be difficult to verbalize. She believes in meeting clients where they are, honoring their lived experiences, and fostering resilience through both clinical insight and creative exploration. Amanda is an affirming and inclusive provider who proudly supports LGBTQIAA++ individuals and communities. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental therapeutic space where all clients feel seen, respected, and empowered in their healing journey.
