I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and stress management. I am also a queer, neurodiverse person who loves working with people who are similar to me. In session, you will likely see me holding a fidget toy, and I invite my clients to do the same. If you see me in person, I have plenty of fidgets I can share, or you can bring your own! I seek to cultivate a counseling space where you are free to be your honest, authentic self. I see you and accept you as you are. My practice is rooted in a person-centered approach. I offer warmth and unconditional support, accepting every part of you and helping you see the good. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to help guide you through this process, wherever you want to take it. I want to pay forward the support I have received in my own life. You are capable and worthy of healing. Wherever you are right now, I will meet you there. If you are interested in working with me, please click our email and reach out!
