Introduction

Welcome — I’m Amanda Park, PhD, LPC Life can feel overwhelming, especially during seasons of transition. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, pregnancy or postpartum changes, relationship stress, anxiety, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don’t have to carry it alone. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Counseling and over 10 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with women and mothers who are juggling the mental load of caring for others while quietly feeling depleted, anxious, or stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience—this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Therapy with me is supportive, practical, and grounded in real life. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel understood, not judged. Together, we’ll explore patterns that are keeping you stuck, build coping tools that actually fit your life, and help you reconnect with a sense of confidence, balance, and self-trust. As a mother myself, I understand firsthand how demanding this season of life can be. I also know that therapy doesn’t need to feel intimidating or rigid to be effective. Sessions are relaxed, conversational, and tailored to your unique needs—whether that means showing up from your home, with a messy bun and coffee in hand, or squeezing therapy into a busy schedule. You deserve support, clarity, and space to breathe. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
