I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Counseling and over 10 years of clinical experience. I specialize in working with women and mothers who are juggling the mental load of caring for others while quietly feeling depleted, anxious, or stuck. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your lived experience—this is a space where you can show up exactly as you are.
