I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 12 years of experience supporting children, adults, and families through life's challenges. My practice is grounded in a neurodiversity-affirming approach, where I meet each person with compassion and curiosity, honoring the unique ways they experience and move through the world. I specialize in working with Autistic people, ADHD, OCD, trauma, and anxiety. My training in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and Somatic EMDR allows me to offer evidence-based interventions that honor the mind-body connection and the important relationships in our lives. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is inclusive and welcoming for all. Whether you are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, a person of color, or hold any other marginalized identity, you deserve to feel seen, heard, and valued. I also believe deeply in the power of self-compassion and self-understanding.
