Introduction

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida with 17 years of experience working in a broad spectrum of environments and with a broad spectrum of people. I've had experience working in an outpatient clinic, in private practice, and in multiple residential, dual-diagnosis mental health facilities. My experiences have given me a wide range of training and expertise. My specialties include depression, anxiety and panic, mood disorders, sex and relationship issues, substance abuse and addictions, low self esteem, and trouble coping with various life events. My style is to combine warmth and empathy with honesty, candor, and direct communication. Due to my long-term experience working in an acute care residential treatment program, I have experience working with complex issues. I look forward to helping you heal and evolve.
