I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, identity issues, trauma responses, life transitions, and relationship stress. Many of my clients are high-achieving, responsible individuals who feel pressure to hold everything together while quietly, or not so quietly, struggling inside. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and somatic-informed practices. I help clients build emotional regulation skills, increase self-awareness, and develop practical tools to manage stress more effectively. Together, we explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, and nervous system responses so you can respond with intention rather than react automatically. With additional training in yoga therapy and body-based approaches, I integrate gentle nervous system regulation strategies when appropriate. I believe your stress responses are not flaws; they are intelligent survival patterns. Therapy is about expanding your capacity, so those patterns no longer run your life. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unfulfilled, we can work toward clarity, resilience, and meaningful change.
