Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, often understanding their patterns but still struggling to create lasting change. You may have tried therapy before and still find yourself caught in anxiety, overthinking, or emotional shutdown. My approach combines psychotherapy with somatic and mindfulness-based practices. This means we work not only through conversation, but also with how stress and emotions show up in the body. By bringing attention to both, we can better understand patterns, support emotional regulation, and create change that feels more sustainable. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, shame, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences. Together, we move beyond insight to help you make meaningful progress in ways that align with your personal goals. My background is rooted in both clinical training and body-based work. I have spent more than two decades studying and practicing yoga, along with training in massage therapy and nutrition. I later earned a Master’s degree in School Counseling and worked as a school counselor supporting neurodivergent students before transitioning into private practice. Slowing down and understanding what’s happening can make things feel more manageable. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, you don’t have to figure it out on your own.
