Hi, I’m Amanda, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), committed to walking alongside you as you navigate healing, growth, and deeper connection with yourself and others. I provide therapy for adults and children experiencing anxiety, trauma, burnout, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, attachment wounds, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected, or caught in patterns that feel difficult to shift. In my work with children and adults, I focus on creating a safe and grounded space to explore emotions, strengthen nervous system regulation, and build more secure and connected ways of relating to self and others. I also draw from relational frameworks that support couple- and family-informed understanding of communication patterns and attachment needs. Above all, I hope to offer a grounded, compassionate space where you feel safe enough to slow down, feel understood, and begin shifting long-standing patterns toward a more authentic, connected, and meaningful life.
