Hi and Welcome. I'm Amanda Spring, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering telehealth services in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, and Florida. I'm so glad you found yourself here! I believe everybody has the capacity for change and growth. I am passionate about offering a safe and trustworthy therapeutic space for you to face life challenges and blossom to your fullest potential. I take a whole person approach in my work supporting women and young adult females who are experiencing self-esteem, anxiety, motivation, life-direction, and relationship challenges. I work also work with First Responders. My work is informed by and supports those who have experienced trauma and attachment insecurities. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
