Introduction

I have been a licensed therapist in Nevada for twenty four years. As a therapist who is certified in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), I am passionate about my work. Whether working with individuals, couples or families, I remain a compassionate and committed partner in your journey towards your goals. I have lived in the Reno area for almost 30 years. I came to Reno for graduate school. I fell in love with the area and the people, ultimately calling it home. In my free time, I enjoy quiet moments of reading a book, enjoying a cup of tea, cooking a meal, taking a walk or just being in nature. I also love to have fun, have a good laugh and try not to take things so seriously! I love time spent with my family as they are ultimately my why.
