Hi! I’m Amanda—a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist. I support preteens, teens, and young adults who might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, down, or just not quite like themselves. If that sounds like you or your child, I’m here to help. I truly believe in the healing power of connection, and I’m all about creating a space that feels safe, supportive, and real. I’m passionate about helping folks work through anxiety and feel more confident in themselves. I also support those with ADHD, depression, and trauma. I draw from therapies like CBT, DBT, and ACT, with a strength-based, trauma-informed approach—all with the goal of helping you feel more like yourself and move toward a greater sense of well-being. Therapy with me is all about support and real connection—and a bit of humor when it fits. I want you to feel safe, heard, and like you can totally be yourself.
