Amanda Tallman is a Licensed Master Social Worker who helps adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. She specializes in working with individuals who feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or disconnected from themselves and others. Amanda creates a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to process difficult experiences while building practical tools for everyday life. As an Army veteran and trauma informed therapist, Amanda understands the lasting impact that stress, adversity, and painful experiences can have on both the mind and body. Her approach is compassionate, direct, and focused on helping clients improve emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and overall well-being. She works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand their patterns, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting change. Amanda has experience supporting veterans, first responders, survivors of childhood trauma, and individuals facing medical or high stress life experiences. She believes therapy should feel human, connected, and empowering, not cold or clinical. Her goal is to help clients feel seen, supported, and equipped to create meaningful progress in their lives.
