Hi! I'm so glad that you are here and you are prioritizing yourself! Starting therapy and moving toward change can feel scary, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take this step. Sometimes in life, we can feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed. I want you to know that you are not alone in your journey, and that I am here to walk beside you as we work through it together. My goal is to help you find clarity about what you want for your life while offering the support and empathy you need to flourish. I tailor my approach to each unique individual, drawing from evidence-based therapies to help you cope with overwhelming thoughts and feelings and live the most meaningful life you can. Some approaches I like to use include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, DBT, CBT, and mindfulness-based therapy. I am also able to treat OCD utilizing Exposure and Response Prevention therapy. Outside of work, I enjoy playing video games, reading, composing music, and spending time with my spouse, kids, and cats.
