I’m a psychiatrist who enjoys working with young adults through midlife as they navigate the challenges of growth, change, and well-being. My special interest is in Mind- Body Wellness which is also sometimes thought of as Lifestyle Psychiatry. This means that while I believe medication can be a valuable tool, it’s rarely the whole picture. My goal is to help people use medicine to feel well enough to also lean into the natural supports that foster lasting health, like sleep, movement, and nourishing food, social and or spiritual connection. My style is direct, conversational, and collaborative. I weave elements of therapy into every appointment, and I welcome partnering with other providers on your care team to make sure you’re supported in a way that feels whole and effective.
