I am a nature-based, mind-body, relational therapist and I have experience and training in eco-therapy, trauma-based work, attachment theory, somatic practices, and experiential programming. I specialize in supporting people in reconnecting to themselves, others, and the Earth. My practice is welcoming to people of all different backgrounds and identities and my goal is to create a space together where you feel safe and honored as you are. Sometimes it can feel really difficult to show up in the world and your day to day life. Maybe your worries or insecurities become so overwhelming or you become frozen and just want to disappear or run away. Maybe you are feeling scared or anxious due to social justice and climate issues that impact you or others in the world today. Maybe you are facing transitions in life or relationships that are reshaping the way you understand the world and who you are. Maybe you have felt anxious, self-conscious, numb, or out of touch with yourself or the people in your life and are looking for a way to feel alive, well, or connected again. I want you to know that you are not alone in how you are feeling and that I genuinely believe you can find healing and embodiment in daily life through seeking therapy and/or participating in experiential programs. I also want you to know that I have faced challenges similar to the ones above and have found great healing through nature-based work and interventions that I offer in my practice. I recognize that this work is difficult, takes time, and does not have a clear map and I believe in walking through the journey together, wherever it may lead, and holding curiosity and empathy along the way.
