Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of combined experience in clinical and other human services settings. I specialize in supporting individuals in navigating complex mental health challenges. I work with people who experience thought disorders, including schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder, as well as those living with Borderline Personality Disorder, depression, autism spectrum disorder, and intellectual disabilities. In addition to my work with severe and persistent mental illness, I also support high-achieving individuals who struggle to feel authentic while managing life transitions, relationship challenges, and perfectionism. I understand how difficult it can be to balance success with self-acceptance — that’s often where meaningful growth begins. I also work with caregivers, helping them learn healthy boundaries, improve communication, and navigate the stress that often comes with supporting a loved one. My goal is to help every client gain insight, build resilience, and move toward greater stability, life satisfaction, and connection. My approach is direct, practical, and no-nonsense, while remaining compassionate and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe therapy works best when it’s honest and collaborative — a space where you can safely explore difficult truths, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop the emotional and behavioral tools needed for lasting change. If you’re ready to invest in your growth and start building a life that feels more balanced, grounded, and authentic, I invite you to reach out to begin the process.
