Introduction

You may feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change—people-pleasing, overthinking, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from your own needs and emotions. These responses can often be rooted in developmental and relational trauma and can continue to show up in your relationships and sense of self. I work with women to heal these patterns and reconnect with a stronger sense of self using an integrative, trauma-informed approach that includes EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We begin by building practical skills to help you feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and able to navigate distress without becoming overwhelmed. As therapy progresses, we move into deeper trauma processing using EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS to address the experiences that shaped these patterns. I believe healing happens through a collaborative process that honors your pace, your readiness, and your unique story. Together, we create space to explore difficult experiences while building self-trust, confidence, and greater compassion for yourself. Throughout our work together, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic-based approaches to help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper way. Healing is not just about understanding what happened—it is also about learning to listen to your body, build self-compassion, and create a more trusting relationship with yourself.
