Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing telehealth therapy to adults, couples, and families throughout California. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation. I have experience supporting first responders, veterans, and individuals in high-stress professions, as well as clients navigating complex family dynamics, boundaries, and communication concerns. My practice emphasizes trauma-informed care and practical, skills-based therapy to help clients improve daily functioning and overall emotional well-being. My approach integrates cognitive and behavioral strategies, mindfulness, emotional regulation skills, and relational interventions. Treatment is collaborative and goal-focused, with an emphasis on building coping skills, increasing insight, and strengthening healthier patterns of thinking and relationships. All services are provided via secure telehealth, allowing clients to access consistent and flexible care in a confidential setting.
